COURSE DESCRIPTION:

As our world becomes harder to navigate through, and cycles of dysfunction are at an all-time high, Breaking Cycles Curriculum was designed to help people break past bondage of trauma and unhealthy choices. Everyone is in a constant battle to make good, sound choices in a society that has drastically changed its moral compos in the past few decades. 

But there is hope! We’ve developed a strategic roadmap that utilizes an evidence-based approach, called REBT. You will guide your participants in investigating their belief system, how it affects their choices, and how to analyze if their belief system is rational, or irrational. Every facilitator is provided a step-by-step guide in running the curriculum ensuring the highest success for your team and your participants.

You will receive actionable classroom management tips, complete breakdown in how to organize your participants and curriculum materials will be at your fingertips. You will be equipped with educational insights through videos, worksheets and classroom participation materials. Every step will be guided with freedom to “make it your own”. 

As the Facilitator, you will have the opportunity to instill the importance of a good work ethic, communication and organization skills and the need for education along with the importance of personal accountability.
